LDAP user using Ping sign-on not able to access if not pulled in Zoom

On a Ping setup, if the details of an LDAP user have not been pulled into Zoom (using the Web Management Console) and this user tries to log into any Zoom application using the global single sign-on, then the login is successful. But, this user is unable to access anything in the Zoom application as the following error message is displayed.

Also, this user cannot global sign-out from any Zoom application.

As a workaround, if the users are using any other application to sign-in globally (other than Zoom), they can log out using that application.

To grant Zoom access to LDAP users, pull all LDAP users into Zoom and assign them appropriate roles and projects. Remember to do this regularly for any newly created LDAP users.
