Note: If you are adding a new group don’t the group code as AIDA. AIDA group code is internally used and reserved.
- Open Zoom Web Management Console. Typically the URL for Zoom Web Management Console is: https://zoom-server:9443
- Go to the System -> Metadata Editor section.
- Select the group name which you want to allow in the Timeline View of the Webclient or the Zoom Desktop App.
- Double click on the selected row or the click on the edit button.
- Change the value of Show in Timeline field to True/Yes.
- Click on the Submit Button.
- Must Click on the Save Metadata Button on the top right tool bar for the changes to take effect.
- Zoom Server will restart after these changes.
- Now, reload your Webclient page or restart the Zoom Desktop App.
- Now, the newly added group can used in the timeline view.
