Do I have to buy every module?
No. Every plan runs on Core, and you add only the modules your team needs, whenever you need them.
What’s included in Core?
Every Core plan includes media management and metadata, AI-powered search, collections and sharing, flexible storage (BYOS, cloud, on-prem or hybrid), APIs and integrations, enterprise security and the AI usage dashboard.
What counts as media indexed?
Media indexed is the media Evolphin X processes and makes searchable. Your originals can stay in your own storage, or you can use ours.
What’s the difference between sharing in Core and the Collaboration module?
Core includes collections and sharing, so your team can organise and share media. The Collaboration module adds advanced review, contribution, comments and versioning for distributed teams.
Is AI charged separately?
AI usage is included with Core. Each plan comes with an AI allowance, and exact allowances and any additional-usage pricing are confirmed as part of your plan.
Can I add modules later?
Yes. Every Core supports the same modules, so you can add them whenever your workflow needs them, without moving to a different plan.
How does billing work?
All plans are billed annually. Your Core plan sets the base price, and any modules you add are priced based on what your team needs.
