The error message would be similar to that shown below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><a href=\"https:\/\/evolphin.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/img_5b9793ec41bf6.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/evolphin.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/img_5b9793ec41bf6-1024x541.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9299\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"note\">This issue exists from Zoom 7.1 till Zoom 7.2.1.<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Follow these steps to apply the fix:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Download the <a href=\"https:\/\/goo.gl\/xhvApB\">zipped folder for the patch<\/a>&nbsp;on your&nbsp;Preview Server. Extract the zipped folder to get a file named <span class=\"keyword\">fontbox.jar<\/span>.<\/li><li>Copy the fontbox.jar file to the pdf folder inside lib in your Zoom installation directory (Linux:&nbsp;[ZoomDir]\/lib\/pdf\/; Windows:&nbsp;[ZoomDir]\\Evolphin\\DAM\\lib\\pdf\\).\n<figure><a href=\"https:\/\/evolphin.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/img_5b97c3d24bfd6.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-9309 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/evolphin.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/img_5b97c3d24bfd6-1024x644.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"835\" height=\"525\"><\/a><\/figure><p id=\"MAtnbFj\"><\/p>\n<\/li><li>Restart Zoom Preview Service on your Preview Server.
