Install Adobe Extension<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you do not see an Evolphin Zoom panel under Window > Extensions > Evolphin Zoom, install the plugin manually using Installing Creative App Plugin<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Smart Copy\/Clone Project<\/h2>\n\n\n

Within Zoom, creating copies of files is easy using\u00a0Smart Copy<\/span>. Unlike conventional copying of files which takes up additional data, creating a\u00a0Smart Copy<\/span>\u00a0allows a file to be copied and edited without having to duplicate data on the server. You can create smart copies of a file or an entire folder. For additional information on Smart Copy, see\u00a0Smart Copy Assets<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>.<\/p>\n

Smart Copy is called Clone Project inside the Zoom Adobe plugin from Zoom 7.0 onwards.<\/div>\n
Follow these steps to smart copy \/ clone your project:<\/div>\n

  1. Save<\/span>\u00a0your\u00a0current document.<\/span><\/li>\n\t
  2. Open<\/span>\u00a0the\u00a0Evolphin Zoom<\/span>\u00a0panel by navigating to\u00a0Window > Extensions > Evolphin Zoom<\/span>.

  3. Zoom 7.0: Click Fly-out menu > Clone Project

  6. Fill out<\/span>\u00a0any required\u00a0metadata<\/span>\u00a0or\u00a0keyword<\/span>\u00a0values.<\/li>\n\t
  7. Enable<\/span>\u00a0or\u00a0disable<\/span>\u00a0Convert to working copy<\/span>.<\/li>\n\t

    The Task Manager allows users who have the Workflow module to accept and submit tasks assigned to them within a Workflow Job. The Task Manager can be launched directly from with the Creative App Plugin.<\/p>\n

      Resolve Links<\/span> functionality, available in the Creative app panel can be used to replace broken\/unversioned links in the main with the links in the working copy. It works on a file that was checked into Zoom Server along with all its links. Resolve links will not work properly if the links have been re-ordered. So, if there is a need to re-order the links in the main file, make sure to issue Resolve Links before re-ordering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Open the file for which you need to Resolve Links<\/span> in the appropriate Creative App.<\/li>
      2. Open<\/span> the Evolphin Zoom<\/span> panel by navigating to Window > Extensions > Evolphin Zoom<\/span>.
