The Cart<\/span> in Zoom is a useful tool for collecting assets to perform a bulk operation. For example, with Cart you can do the following to multiple assets:

Save to Folder<\/strong><\/td>Saves assets in the cart to a folder specified on your desktop computer.<\/td><\/tr>
Checkout<\/strong><\/td>Assets in the cart will be checked out as a working copy.<\/td><\/tr>
Edit Common Metadata<\/strong><\/td>Edits the metadata of all the assets simultaneously.<\/td><\/tr>
Smart Copy<\/strong><\/td>Creates smart copies of Zoom to a specified directory.<\/td><\/tr>
Create Lightbox<\/strong><\/td>Creates a lightbox to share with users.<\/td><\/tr>
Create Collection<\/strong><\/td>Creates a new collection based on assets in Zoom.<\/td><\/tr>
Add to Collection<\/strong><\/td>Adds all assets in the cart to a specified collection.<\/td><\/tr>
Archive<\/strong><\/td>Archives assets in cart (requires Archive module).<\/td><\/tr>
Make Links<\/strong><\/td>Creates a relation between two assets.<\/td><\/tr>
Embed Metadata<\/strong><\/td>Embeds the metadata into XMP (requires checkout of assets)<\/td><\/tr>
Export Metadata<\/strong><\/td>Allows metadata to be exported as CSV, TAB, or XML<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Adding Items to Cart<\/h3>\n

  1. Select<\/span> an item in Asset Browser<\/span>.<\/li>\n
  2. Under the thumbnail for the image, click<\/span> the \"Description: Cart<\/span> button.

    Once you have clicked the icon, you can see items are in the cart when you see the \"Description: Full Cart<\/span> icon. Items can also be added to the cart by drag-and-dropping files onto the \"Description: Cart<\/span> icon.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
