Zoom 6.0 and\u00a0above supports adding a restriction on project size and number of files it can have.<\/p>\n

Feature highlights:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Impose max size quota on a project.\u00a0<\/li>\n
  2. Impose\u00a0max files count on a project.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Once any of the above limits reached, the project won’t grow further either in terms of size or number of files.<\/p>\n

    Please follow the steps given below to impose these restrictions:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Go to the Zoom Server installation directory.\n
        \n
      1. Usually on linux: \/home\/evolphin\/zoom<\/li>\n
      2. Usually on windows: C:\\Program(x86) Files\\Evolphin\\DAM<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      3. Goto conf directory.<\/li>\n
      4. Edit file server.xml<\/li>\n
      5. Search and locate tag:\n

        <repoQuotaSpec\/><\/span><\/code>\u00a0OR
        \n <\/span><<\/span>repo<\/span>QuotaSpec><\/span><\/code><\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      6. Add the <\/span><projectQuotaSpec><\/code> tag inside the <\/span><repoQuotaSpec><\/code> tag.\u00a0Syntax:
        \n <repoQuotaSpec><\/code>
        \n \u00a0 <projectQuotaSpec><\/code>
        \n \u00a0 \u00a0<name>Type Project Name Here<\/strong><\/name><\/code>
        \n \u00a0 \u00a0<maxFileCount>File counts here<\/strong><\/maxFileCount><\/code>
        \n \u00a0 \u00a0<maxSpaceOnDisk>Size in bytes here<\/strong><\/maxSpaceOnDisk><\/code>
        \n \u00a0 <\/projectQuotaSpec><\/code>
        \n <\/repoQuotaSpec><\/code>
        \n <\/span><\/li>\n
      7. Specify project name inside <name>....<\/name><\/code>. For e.g:
        \n <name>defproj<\/name><\/code><\/li>\n
      8. Specify the max file count\u00a0inside <maxFileCount>...<\/maxFileCount><\/code>. For e.g:
        \n <maxFileCount>20000<\/maxFileCount><\/code><\/code><\/p>\n
        Warning:<\/strong> Do not set maxFileCount<\/strong> value to zero<\/strong>. If you don’t want to use this value, then set some maximum value like 2147483647 (This is the max value for a 32bit integer that we support).<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
      9. Specify the max size for the project inside <maxSpaceOnDisk>...<\/maxSpaceOnDisk><\/code>. For e.g:
        \n <maxSpaceOnDisk>4294967296<\/maxSpaceOnDisk><\/code>
        \n <!-- Above value set the max project size to 4GB -->
        \n<\/code><\/code><\/p>\n
        Warning:<\/strong> Do not set maxSpaceOnDisk<\/strong>\u00a0value to zero<\/strong>. If you don’t want to use this value, then set some maximum value like 9223372036854775807(This is the max value for the size\u00a0we support).<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
