Changes made&nbsp;on one Zoom server will be reflected back on all other Zoom servers.<br>So, enable\/disable of&nbsp;Archive in&nbsp;<span class=\"keyword\">HADR Archive Management<\/span> will enable\/disable it on all Zoom servers. Same of all settings present in it.<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Enable <span class=\"keyword\">HADR Archive<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Login to Zoom Web Management Console as super admin user( e.g http:\/\/your-server:8443 ).<\/li><li>Open server control panel and Click on <span class=\"keyword\">HADR Archive Management<\/span>.<\/li><li>Tick&nbsp;on <span class=\"keyword\">Enable Archive<\/span> checkbox.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/evolphin.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/Enable-HADR-Archive-1.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/evolphin.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/Enable-HADR-Archive-1-1024x525.jpg\" alt=\"Enable HADR Archive 1\" class=\"wp-image-3799\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Understanding <span class=\"keyword\">HADR Archive<\/span> Configurations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pre\/Post Archive Restore Scripts<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Pre Script for Archive:&nbsp;<\/strong>Given script will be executed <span class=\"keyword\"><strong>before archive<\/strong><\/span>&nbsp;any asset(s). Archive operation will be aborted if script returns non zero status.<\/li><li><strong><strong>Pre Script for Restore:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/strong>Given script will be executed <strong><span class=\"keyword\">before restore<\/span><\/strong> any asset(s). Restore operation will be aborted if script returns non zero status.<\/li><li><strong><strong>Post Script for Archive:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/strong>Given script will be executed <strong><span class=\"keyword\">after archive<\/span><\/strong> of asset(s).<\/li><li><strong><strong>Post Script for Restore:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/strong>Given script will be executed <span class=\"keyword\"><strong>after restore<\/strong><\/span> of asset(s).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Scripts Execution\u00a0Place<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"keyword\">HADR Archive\/Restore<\/span> scripts can be configured to run either on all Zoom servers or on Single Zoom server. ( i.e SINGLE_PEER&nbsp;or ALL_PEER&nbsp;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"warning\">\n<ul>\n<li>Scripts will&nbsp;be executed only on the Zoom server which has access to Archive Location.<\/li>\n<li>Archive location should be configured and provided to Zoom server.<\/li>\n<li>Archive operation will be aborted and has no effect on server if Zoom server doesn&#8217;t have valid archive location.<\/li>\n<li>And Scripts will be executed only on the servers which have valid&nbsp;Archive location.<\/li>\n<li>Archive location should be available to database writer server. <a title=\"HADR Database Writer\" href=\"https:\/\/evolphin.com\/help\/docs\/hadr-database-writer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Click here to see How to find out Database writer server.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Configure Archive\/Restore Scripts to Run For&nbsp;Single Zoom Server( i.e SINGLE_PEER )<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Open <span class=\"keyword\">HADR Archive Management<\/span> from Server Control Panel.<\/li><li>Goto field: <span class=\"keyword\">&#8220;Peer name for script execution&#8221;<\/span><\/li><li>Type the Zoom server name(peer name) where you want execute the archive restore scripts.\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #f25252;\">Please remember that Script will only be executed if archive location is also set on that peer in server.xml.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li><li>Zoom server name (peer name) can be found in hadr spec of server.xml with field myname.<\/li><li>Save the settings.<\/li><li>Once saved,&nbsp;re-open the&nbsp;HADR Archive Management to verify that changes have taken effect. See the attached screenshot.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/evolphin.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/HADR-Archive-Script-Exection-Place-1-Fixed.jpeg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/evolphin.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/HADR-Archive-Script-Exection-Place-1-Fixed-1024x806.jpeg\" alt=\"HADR Archive Script Exection Place - 1 Fixed\" class=\"wp-image-3888\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mailing List<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>We recommend adding email address to receive archive\/restore related&nbsp;alerts. Emails can&nbsp;alert&nbsp;the Admins in case of Archive\/Restore failures and finding out the problem.<\/li><li>Multiple email addresses separated by comma can be given.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"note\">Once <span class=\"keyword\">HADR Archive<\/span>&nbsp;is enabled and above mentioned settings are configured if required. Now its time to provide archive location.<br>Please read and follow below mentioned steps carefully. It is advised to follow the steps accurately.<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Providing Archive Location<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Please follow the below given steps carefully to set Archive Location in HADR Zoom servers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Find the database writer server. To find database writer server follow this article: <a title=\"HADR Database Writer\" href=\"https:\/\/evolphin.com\/help\/docs\/hadr-database-writer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Find Database Writer<\/a>.<\/li><li>Open the Zoom webmin management console of the server who is database writer.<\/li><li>Goto Server Control Panel and Open Archive Management( It is just archive management not HADR Archive Management)<\/li><li>\n<div class=\"note\">Note: &#8220;Archive Management&#8221; settings are local archive settings and do not replicate to all Zoom servers.<\/div>\n<\/li><li>Goto Archive Location&nbsp;field and provide archive location path which must exist on this server and save the setting.<\/li><li>Server needs to be restarted on Save.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/evolphin.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/HADR-Archive-Location-2-Fixed.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/evolphin.com\/help\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/HADR-Archive-Location-2-Fixed-1024x803.png\" alt=\"HADR Archive Location - 2 Fixed\" class=\"wp-image-3891\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"warning\">\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">****&nbsp;WARNING&nbsp;<strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">****<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/strong>&nbsp;<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">If you are planning to use Minimum Archive Threshold and Restore Threshold, then you need to made these changes on all Zoom servers manually. All Zoom servers should have exactly&nbsp;same values for Archive\/Restore Thresholds. Please restart all Zoom&nbsp;servers after changing these settings.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"warning note\">\n<p>Once all the settings are saved and done.
