Existing Working Copies<\/h3>\n

Existing working copies lists all of the current working copy folders on your local computer. These files are monitored by Zoom for modifications to notify the user that there are updates. When a file is no longer needed on a computer, the can be Delinked, which will have Zoom stop watching those files for modifications.<\/p>\n

Open Containing Folder<\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. Click<\/span> the Existing working copies<\/span> section in Zoom Settings<\/span>.<\/li>\n
  2. Select<\/span> an item in the Existing working copies<\/span> list.<\/li>\n
  3. Right-click<\/span> and select<\/span> Open Containing Folder<\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    You can now see which folder it is pertaining to in Finder or Windows Explorer.<\/p>\n

    Delink Working Copy<\/h4>\n
      \n
    1. Click<\/span> the Existing working copies<\/span> section in Zoom Settings<\/span>.<\/li>\n
    2. Select<\/span> an item in the Existing working copies<\/span> list.<\/li>\n
    3. Right-click<\/span> and select<\/span> Delink working copy<\/span>.<\/li>\n
    4. To delete the file as you are delinking it, check<\/span> Delete de-linked path from working copy<\/span>.
      \nTo de-link even if the file is conflicted or lock, check<\/span> De-link even if conflicted or locked.<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. Click<\/span> Yes<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Delink All from Server<\/h4>\n
        \n
      1. Click<\/span> the Existing working copies<\/span> section in Zoom Settings<\/span>.<\/li>\n
      2. Select<\/span> an item in the Existing working copies<\/span> list.<\/li>\n
      3. Right-click<\/span> and select<\/span> Delink all from this server<\/span>.<\/li>\n
      4. Click OK<\/span>.<\/li>\n
      5. Click OK<\/span>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Under Monitoring<\/h4>\n

        To disable monitoring of a specific working copy folder:<\/p>\n

        1. Click<\/span> the Existing working copies<\/span> section in Zoom Settings<\/span>.<\/li>\n
        2. Select<\/span> an item in the Existing working copies<\/span> list.<\/li>\n
        3. Click the Under Monitoring<\/span> checkbox<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
