The cache stores common data to make the browsing experience smoother, but sometimes this data may be corrupted or not refreshed correctly. Notable examples of this issue include the banner in the landing page or the background in the home page showing outdated images, or assets missing in your session (that other people can see in theirs). Follow these steps to clean your cache:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"in-chrome\">In Chrome&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/revzoom.myjetbrains.com\/youtrack\/articles\/WC-A-2\/Webclient-not-rendering-or-loading-issue-after-server-upgrade#in-chrome\"><\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>On your computer, open Chrome.<\/li><li>At the top right, click&nbsp;<strong>More<\/strong>(Three vertical dots).<\/li><li>Click&nbsp;<strong>More tools \u2192<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Clear browsing data<\/strong>.<\/li><li>At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select&nbsp;<strong>All time<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Select&nbsp;<strong>&#8220;Cached images and files,&#8221;<\/strong>&nbsp;checkbox.<\/li><li>Unselect every other checkbox.<\/li><li>Click&nbsp;<strong>Clear data<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Now try to reload the Webclient.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"in-safari\">In Safari&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/revzoom.myjetbrains.com\/youtrack\/articles\/WC-A-2\/Webclient-not-rendering-or-loading-issue-after-server-upgrade#in-safari\"><\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>On your computer, open Safari.<\/li><li>At top left, click&nbsp;<strong>Safari \u2192 Preferences<\/strong>&nbsp;(\u2318 ,).<\/li><li>Goto&nbsp;<strong>Privacy<\/strong>&nbsp;Tab.<\/li><li>Click on&nbsp;<strong>Manage Website Data<\/strong>&nbsp;button.<\/li><li>Search for the Webclient URL.<\/li><li>Click&nbsp;<strong>Remove<\/strong>&nbsp;button.<\/li><li>Now try to reload the Webclient.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If you notice information that is out of place or outdated while using the WebClient it is possible that your browser&#8217;s cache is the culprit.
