The permissions (read\/write\/delete) on files or folders on these shared storage devices need to be setup to ensure requirements listed below are met for various deployment configurations for Zoom:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Terminology<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><thead><tr><td><strong>Term<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Description<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Direct Ingested Asset<\/span><\/td><td>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Actual asset is stored in Zoom DB including metadata<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Supports Versioning, De-duplication for edits such as project files, images, documents<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Requires checkout to client\u2019s working copy folder for edits &amp;
