If you have installed Zoom version 7.3.0-RELEASE.154-3ef95d41d<\/span> then you would need this patch<\/a>. Follow these steps to apply the patch:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Zoom Server:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Download the patch jars on Zoom Server (as shared by Support).<\/li>
  2. Stop all Zoom services. If Client Proxy is running on the machine then stop Client Proxy<\/a> as well.<\/li>
  3. Backup these files to a separate backup directory:\n
      \n
    1. All jar files and product-info.xml in %ZOOM_INSTALL_DIR%\\lib\\zoom\\<\/li>\n
    2. These js files in %ZOOM_INSTALL_DIR%\/web\/app\/webmin\/js\/\n
        \n
      1. curatorManager.js<\/li>\n
      2. curator-configuration.js<\/li>\n
      3. curator-based-configuration.js<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      4. These mail templates (only for Windows) in %ZOOM_INSTALL_DIR%\/conf\/mail-templates\n
          \n
        1. MAIL_ON_ASSET_APPROVED.html<\/li>\n
        2. MAIL_ON_ASSET_REJECTED.html<\/li>\n
        3. MAIL_ON_COLL_EXPIRED.html<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>
        4. Copy the respective files from the patch to the above location in step 3.<\/li>
        5. Start Zoom services. Start Client Proxy<\/a> (if it was running earlier as in step 2).<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          On Zoom Client:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Download the patch ZXP file on the Zoom Client machine.<\/li>
          2. Stop Client Proxy<\/a>.<\/li>
          3. Backup ZmAdobeExtensions.zxp file at the following locations for Mac and Windows:\n
